The Chase County Courthouse in Cottonwood Falls, Kansas, was built in 1873 and is constructed of walnut and limestone, which was quarried on the town site. It is the oldest Kansas Courthouse still in use.The courthouse was designed in French Renaissance style by John G. Haskell, who was also the first architect of the statehouse in Topeka.
