Trash Service Update: The City of Cottonwood Falls trash service will pick up all of the trash on Thursday, July 2nd, 2026. They will not be in operation on Friday July 3rd, due to the Fourth of July Holiday. Please have your poly carts out by 6:00 am. The City of Cottonwood Falls city office will be closed on Friday, July 3rd.
Mosquito Information
With all the rain we have received recently, it is likely we will be experiencing more mosquitoes. A member of the City Council has explored options for DIY mosquito control. Contact Councilman Grant Edwards on Facebook or stop by the city office if you are interested in more information. You will need to provide your own five-gallon bucket (preferably black, red, or orange in color), but Grant will provide everything else you need at no cost.
